The Common Stock Agreement is the subscription to buy a Share in the cooperative and reserve your cottage site. Riverside Crossing has 100 shares of common stock for sale at $50,000 per share. The purchase of this Share, along with a Membership Certificate and signed Occupancy Agreement, grants you all the rights and ownership of the cooperative including the use of all the common areas, common house, and the right to occupy a specific cottage.
